Another year has come to an end and a new chapter has begun. Juniors Nursery will be bringing more on to the table this year. We have achieved a lot and progressed beyond expectation and it was not possible without the help of our experienced staff members. 2018 turned out to be a fun filled year with milestones after milestones.
We were thrilled to open our newly renovated area where little ones can learn and grow both physically and mentally. With the enhanced beauty of rooms and play area, kids are happy to return to school each day and enjoy the comfy environment with their friends and teachers. We have also opened our 3rd branch of Juniors Nursery in Qatar located in Al Waab.
Our goal is to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover, and we believe that engagement plays a vital role in development as child form friendships, learn to cooperate with one another and work together to solve different problems.
A nursery is a lot more than just a playground. That is why Juniors Nursery emphasized on the importance of curriculum. We have adopted EYFS curriculum because we know that toddlers and young children develop at a very early stage. Students do not have the same needs thus we know and understand the individual demand and care a child requires.
We encourage children in hands-on learning, so they explore a wide variety of academic, physical, emotional, Imaginary and social lesions. The children are equipped with the basic knowledge of identification of letters, shapes, numbers, colors and letters.
In addition, we give them the freedom to express through drawing, write, sort out objects and basic decision making activities. Along with this, we encourage them to go out in open and indulge in physical and sensory activities such as sand play, bug play, jewelry making and other arts and crafts.
2018 has been a year full of activities such as Mother’s Day, pajama day, swimming day, farmers marketing, fall leaf hunt, hand print activity to enhance imagination. Students at Juniors certainly had a lot of fun this year and we look forward to catering their needs this 2019.
